1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the kopi77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. kopi77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request proof of age during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of kopi77 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by kopi77 for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any Wager.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. kopi77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void associated winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify kopi77 immediately of any changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. kopi77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kopi77 applies a rigorous KYC process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. We may request the following documents at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport)
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front-face photograph of bank card, e-wallet account screenshot, or bank statement showing your name)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume accounts (monthly deposit volume exceeding Rp 50.000.000)

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal services until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kopi77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian Players. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Most deposits via local Indonesian banks are credited to your kopi77 Account within two (2) minutes of confirmed transfer. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. kopi77 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within 15 minutes to two (2) hours during normal operating hours. kopi77 does not impose platform-level withdrawal fees. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified kopi77 Account — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have completed full KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Additionally, any active Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. kopi77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request it deems requires further review.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

kopi77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity or money laundering; (b) the originating payment method does not match the verified Account holder; or (c) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating payment source where technically feasible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by kopi77 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount. Wagers placed on sports markets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• kopi77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering-in-progress activities are honored.
• Abuse of bonus schemes — including but not limited to collusion, matched betting via two accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-margin markets — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

5.4 Seasonal & Loyalty Promotions

kopi77 regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Loyalty cashback programs and weekly reload bonuses are available to qualifying active Players. Full terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of launch.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

kopi77 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets across a wide range of sports and competitions, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika), and esports events. All bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, kopi77's specific sport rules — published on the Platform — determine settlement.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are available on eligible football and other sporting markets. All legs of a mix parlay must win for the bet to return a profit; a single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg at its associated odds of 1.00.

6.2 Slots & Casino Games

All slot and live casino games on kopi77 use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are maintained in accordance with the specifications of the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. kopi77 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

6.3 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results on kopi77 are derived directly from officially published draw results from the Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney, and Macau lottery operators. kopi77 does not influence or control draw outcomes. Bet types, payout tables, and commission rates for each togel market are published in the Platform's togel section and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6.4 Error & Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error that affects a game or bet, kopi77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. No claim for expected winnings arising from a technical malfunction will be honored. kopi77 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or data caused by system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Responsible Gaming

kopi77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years and offer a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools accessible from every Account settings page, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kopi77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and winnings generated through prohibited activity voided:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kopi77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kopi77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kopi77 or its licensed content partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of kopi77. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by kopi77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. kopi77 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and maintains strict internal access controls on personally identifiable information.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kopi77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a system outage, bet settlement error, or game malfunction.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from unauthorized access to your Account.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform in breach of this Agreement.

In all cases, kopi77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team via email at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by kopi77

kopi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Discovery that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Where an Account is closed by kopi77 due to a proven breach of this Agreement, any balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at kopi77's discretion, subject to applicable law.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which kopi77 holds its operating licence. Both parties agree to submit any unresolved dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable international arbitration authority prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits kopi77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing prohibited conduct by a Player.

14 Amendments

kopi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kopi77 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
